CAN WE RENT A LIMOUSINE FOR LESS THAN 4 HOURS?

Our limousines can be rented for any number of hours however, we do have a minimum of 3 hours for most runs. Packages of 4 to 6 hours are recommended to service Weddings, Proms etc. Hours may be divided to accommodate an afternoon ceremony and/or picture-taking, utilizing remaining hours at the end of the evening to provide transportation or shuttle service as assigned by you.

HOW ARE PAYMENTS MADE AND MUST I PROVIDE A CREDIT CARD?

Barrie Executive Limousine accepts all Major Credit Cards. Unless the Service is paid for in Cash at the time of booking, we do require a Credit Card. Clients are welcome to pay with cash or, ahead of the trip date, using Debit at our office.A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your car/times. Balance is due and payable on the date of service. Receipts can be e-mailed or mailed to clients upon request.

HOW ARE RATES DETERMINED?

Our rates are determined by the number of passengers (this helps dictate the vehicle selection); the day of the week that the service is required; the number of pick-ups and drop-offs, as well as the total distance travelled (drive time vs wait time). Whenever possible, we will offer you the least costly option which is what we call a ?split run? (drop you off now and pick you up later, without having the driver wait). We can however, provide you with a vehicle dedicated to you and the varying destinations you have whatever the time frame! Your journey on a given day is our allegiance.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH VEHICLE TO SELECT?

All of our vehicles are featured here, on our Web Site, complete with features and passenger capacity. The Staff we employ at Barrie Executive Limousine however, are among the industries elite and most knowledgeable.We would be happy to help you make the right decision to support a memorable experience for you and your guests. It?s what we do? it?s what we love to do! We also encourage our clients to call ahead and arrange to visit our showroom. Seeing is believing!

HOW MUCH LUGGAGE CAN YOU FIT IN A LIMOUSINE?

Trunk space can usually accommodate 4 large suitcases and 3 to 4 carry-on bags. If you?re travelling with additional luggage, golf clubs, snowboards, or ski equipment we can arrange for a luggage carrier at the time of booking. Barrie Executive Limousine offers this to all of our clients, at no additional cost.

THE CHAUFFEUR IS GIVEN A TIME TO PICK US UP. WHAT IF OUR PLANS CHANGE AND WE WANT TO LEAVE A LITTLE LATER, OR EARLIER?

The Chauffeur will give you a business card complete with his/her personal cell number. Please remember that your price may be adjusted if you opt for a later pick up. (If your plans change even 24 hours prior to your service, it?s best to call our office to implement the change). Otherwise, your driver is at your service and times can be changed provided it doesn?t impact another run. Typically, getting picked up a little later or a little earlier isn?t a problem, and won?t incur any price change!
